User Support

We are prepared to conduct, where possible, free Validation Studies (to evaluate the usefulness of our questionnaires in your organisation) and Utility Analyses (to estimate the financial value of utilising our instruments). If samples of tested incumbents are sufficiently large, we will work with you to design the study, analyse data and report the results, all free of charge. We are also happy to provide you with local norms based on candidates assessed for your own organisation - again this is a free service to users of Criterion Partnership's personality questionnaires.

We encourage and welcome enquiries, calls for advice, and feedback from our personality questionnaire users. This service includes helping you to specify bespoke questionnaires by selecting the most appropriate scales from the Criterion Attribute Library.
