Norms

All CAL questionnaires utilise five-point rating scales requiring respondents to indicate the extent to which they agree/disagree with the given statements. This approach lends itself well to normative measurement which allows individuals to be compared with an appropriate comparison (i.e. norm) group.

Norms are available for a variety of occupational groups. Since norms are updated on a continuous basis, you are invited to contact Criterion Partnership on +44 (0)1273 480583 for up-to-date information.
