The London Ambulance Service has a vision to be a world-class ambulance service for London: an organisation of well-trained, enthusiastic, caring, proud people who are all recognised for their dedication to meeting the needs of the public and all our patients.
This vision is underpinned by a set of values, a copy of which was sent to you early in the recruitment process. They can also be found through this link.
The values are widely used throughout the organisation and referred to as the "CRITICAL" values. (Clincial Excellence, Respect and Courtesy, Integrity, Teamwork, Innovation and Flexibility, Communication, Accept Responsibility, Leadership and Direction).
The purpose of this short questionnaire is to enable us to gain an understanding into your behaviour and values. Your interview panel will consider the information provided and compare how it aligns with our CRITICAL values.
This questionnaire is not a pass or fail exercise. Your responses will only be used to inform the questions asked at interview.
